BRABUS Shadow 900

At boot Düsseldorf 2020, we urge discerning customers and the international press to ‘Save the Date’, for the show’s most awe-inspiring new boat launches, when we slip the covers off two versions of the new BRABUS Shadow 900.

Packed with technical innovation and blistering performance at heart, we proudly present the new BRABUS Shadow 900 Spyder, in full-open version, for pure, unadulterated driving pleasure and the new BRABUS Shadow 900 Sun-Top, the comfortable passage maker.

Sumptuously appointed and based upon the revolutionised Axopar 37 hull, this range is available in its fully loaded Shadow 900 version and to top the range of, also in a very limited, exclusive ‘1 of 10’ Black Op’s launch edition collector’s series that traditionally forms part of the joy and celebration of bringing an all-new BRABUS product to market.

With BRABUS Marine building upon what we have learnt from previous versions, the new flagship BRABUS Shadow 900 range takes the Axopar/BRABUS ‘shared-platform’ thinking to yet another super-exciting level.

Owners can now expect even more speed than before, blistering 60+ knots performance from Mercury Marine’s latest, 450R Verado XL 4.6 liter V8 FourStroke engines, hence the Shadow 900 name. These ‘beefy’ new powerhouses, in dual-rig configuration, offer improved performance and best-in-class drivability.

Never been seen before technical and concept innovations - too numerous to list them all here - include, for example, Gullwing doors, that completely transforms the front cabin accommodation, giving this previously under-used space, a fresh sense of space & light that no other performance-orientated sports-weekender or high-power RIB could ever come close to.

BRIEF SUMMARY OF AN EPIC EVOLUTION:

The new flagship of the BRABUS Shadow range

With no automation processes involved, there’s little wonder that it takes almost a full month to handcraft every BRABUS Shadow 900 LE, compared to an Axopar 37, for example, which is produced at a rate of more than one per day.

60+ knots performance
Superbly engineered, twin-screw, supercharged engines, each weighing just 689 lbs, some 300 lbs lighter than its nearest competitor. The new 450R has 40 per-cent more torque than their 400hp equivalent.

The driver in focus
Introducing an all new, ergonomic helm, with full glass bridge infotainment / chart plotter based upon two standard 12-inch screens. The newly developed multifunction steering wheel with finger-tip control, extra-grippy new seat design and improved forward and overall visibility, whether standing or seated.

A truly class-leading driving experience
A truly engaging drive and an equally thrilling ride for passengers, the result of countless hours of sea-trials and CFD simulations, optimising this already very capable hull to even greater levels of handling, performance and fuel economy.

Elevating the onboard experience
Better utilization of space includes a new multi-storage solution for adventure gear, a larger foredeck and more versatile social areas, with improved freedom of movement. Below deck there’s a significant 30% enlarged front cabin area, with Gullwing doors and an optional enclosed toilet and shower compartment.

Streamlined appearance and bold, distinctive looks
With a bold, confident and authoritative stance, the latest version of this amazing and dynamic 37ft footer is a completely new and even better-looking incarnation of its much-admired predecessor.

The perfect tender or chase boat
Built to the kind of quality-standard that every BRABUS Shadow 900 represents, these boats are perfectly at home in the company of the world’s finest superyachts. As such, with versatile storage and people-carrying capability, a Shadow 900 is easily one of the world’s best luxury tenders or chase boats.

Extravagant, hedonistic and brilliant, there are not enough adjectives or superlatives in to best describe the new BRABUS Shadow 900. The solution is to come see for yourself at next year’s boot Düsseldorf.
